Why Psychological Health, Wellness & Resilience
We face trials, challenges and change daily, and I believe that we are wired to not just survive, but thrive in the face of adversity. We are all resilient and we can actively, intentionally and mindfully create resilience in ourselves daily. As someone with over 20 years of research and active work in psychological health and safety for both the individual and in the workplace, I believe resilient organizations are comprised of resilient individuals.
